About Us

My Baby Concierge was founded in September 2007 by Kacie Jones and Mishelle Bass, two moms with one vision - to offer full service baby planning and concierge services for busy and overwhelmed moms-to-be!

Kacie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She spent most of her career at The 401(k) Company in Austin where she worked in Training and IRS Compliance Testing. Kacie lives in Austin with her husband and daughter.

Mishelle attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Since then she has worked in healthcare specializing in optometry and refractive surgery. Mishelle currently resides in the Houston area with her husband and their son.

As recent first time moms, Kacie and Mishelle understand the many challenges expectant parents face when planning for a new baby.
